**Role**:
- Responsible for designing and implementing strategies for selling products via different marketing 'channels', such as distributors, retailers or e-commerce platforms
- Ensuring that our Brands and products reach the target market effectively
**Responsibilities: -**
- Manage partner relationships
- build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, resellers, or third-party vendors
- work collaboratively to establish a strong network of partners, fostering communication
- provide support and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop sales strategy
- develop and implement sales strategies for various distribution channels.
- analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities
- create plans to maximise product or service sales through the channels.
- Expand market reach
- work to expand the company's market reach through the identification and onboarding of new partners
- assess market potential, identify gaps in coverage, and strategically recruit partners to enter new geographic areas or target specific customer segments.
- Analyse performance
- analyse channel performance and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales achievement, market share and the effectiveness of distribution strategies.
**Skills required: -**

- communicate effectively with channel partners, internal teams and with business partners
- articulate marketing strategies, convey product updates and negotiate partnerships seamlessly
- Analytical skills
- assess performance of the distribution channel using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis
- evaluate sales achievement, market trends and partners performance to optimise the strategies and address challenges proactively
- Marketing & Promotion acumen
- Proficiency in marketing & promotion principles
- Able to create effective promotion strategies for the overall success of the channels.
- Adaptability
- adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends
- adjust strategies, accommodate partners needs and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Vietnamese and English
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree; Sales & Marketing/Business Administration/Management/Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG sales / sales support field
- Willing to travel as and when required
- Possess own transport
- Good personality and well organized
- Responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
