**Mô tả công việc**:

- Manage telesales workforce to contribute sales performance align with the team goals on both productivity and quality as well as to increase conversion rate, numbers of new customers and their individual performance.
- Manage and plan numbers of telesales workforce and their task allocation. Monitor their working discipline according to rules of the team.
- Complete telesales performance daily, weekly and monthly report in order to present to management and related parties.
- Develop, train and communicate updated product/campaign to the team and make them ready to support customers. Coach the telesales member to achieve their target.
- Design and implement motivation activities to enhance sales performance of the team.
- Consolidate problem and issue, analyze them and present solution to increase effective and efficiency of the team.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assign.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- The preference is for CVs in English
- At least 7 years of telesales experience in relationship management or banking products will be advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered, but master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and spoken in English.
- Have a strong leadership and sales team management skills.
- Good collaboration among both management and execution team.
- Ability to understand customer centric to propose the best product and service solutions.
- Can-do attitude, work under pressure, and result oriented.
- Working around the pressure and adaptable on new change
