**The Company**:
We’re a global provider of supply chain compliance services that helps brands, retailers and importers manage and optimize their global supply network.
QIMA’s Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills, develop your client acumen while bringing added value to global trade
**The Job**:
Assist our team of Key Accounts Leaders in their daily operations and project-based missions.
You will be expected to:
- Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients
- Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content
- Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for our key clients
- Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas
- Support key client report validation
- Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors
- Other tasks arranged by the management team
It could be you if you have:
- A bachelor's degree related to têxtile or manufacturing or supply chain
- Fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn or juniors with 2-3 years of relevant experience in têxtile
manufacturing/merchandizing
- Familiarity with the quality control field is a plus
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented, energetic, proactive with a can-do and hands-on approach.
- A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
