As a manager of Brand Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for hitting Marketing solutions target and revenue goals

**1. With internal team**
- Phasing target by Marrketing solution and build up weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan to manage the team to achieve the target
- Monitoring the performance of each team member to ensure the entire team achieves the highest ads revenue figures, while also developing backup strategies to address any gaps in case the run rate falls below expectations
- Organizing training programs to enhance team member’s‘ knowledge in advertising, customer interaction skills, and proposal presentation abilities, aiming to increase customer trust through the establishment of a professional image
- Working closely with team members to provide support in addressing challenges and simultaneously devising comprehensive solutions to effectively improve the performance of each individual
- Keeping team members updated on the latest developments regarding products, sales policies, promotion programs, etc., to ensure they have accurate and comprehensive information

**2. With internal stakeholder**
- Working closely with Category team, to establish a seamless connection in delivering marketing solutions to Top Global Brands/ Sellers, while also leveraging insights from each category to provide suitable solutions
- Working closely with Seller marketing team to develop sales policies and establish communication channel for specific segments, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the solutions and accompanying promotional programs
- Collaborating closely with the product team to stay updated on the latest product changes and actively contributing to the development of new features to better serve Top Global Brands/ Sellers
- Working with the vendor team, feature team, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operation and avoid any disruptions that may impact the execution of marketing solutions for Top Global Brands/ Sellers

**3. With clients**
- Participating in key meetings with top Top Global Brands/ Sellers to establish strong relationships with them and gain additional insights to make meaningful contributions towards product improvements
- Actively searching for potential Top Global Brands/ Sellers to provide suitable marketing solutions, thereby increasing the number of brands participating in TIKI’ marketing solutions
- Continuously updating and monitoring the marketing solutions of competitors, leveraging their strengths and improving upon weaknesses to enhance our competitive advantage

**Job Requirement**:
**_ A. Background_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
- Having at least 3 year experience in ecommerce, marketing positions
- Having experience at least 1 year in managing account team, sales team of media-agency or publishers
- Having passion in the e-commerce industry & strong belief in ecommerce media solutions will be your good point to start a great learning here

**_B. Professional & Soft Skills_**
- Digital knowledges
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills (both Vietnamese & English)
- Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork
- Result-oriented, Critical thinking and have open mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
