MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
The Facility Officer is responsible for assisting in the overall management and upkeep of the casino’s physical infrastructure. This role involves conducting routine inspections, overseeing facility-related administrative tasks, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
**Duties may include but are not limited to**:
Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Support the Maintenance & Facility Manager in managing facility operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Oversee minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and assist in coordinating major repair work with external contractors.
Ensure all areas of the facility comply with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors for major repair and maintenance work.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols for facility management.
Help manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to facility management.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
