- Đảm bảo việc quản lý rủi ro và kiểm soát hoạt động của phòng ban một cách hiệu quả.
- Đánh giá, giám sát, kiểm soát và đảm bảo việc tuân thủ hoạt động của phòng đối với quy tắc/ quy định nội bộ & bên ngoài.
- Tiến hành kiểm tra và giám sát các quy trình, chính sách để đảm bảo việc quản lý rủi ro và kiểm soát hoạt động hiệu quả.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra ngày 2 cho tất cả các hoạt động của phòng.
- Thu thập, phối hợp và phổ biến các tài liệu liên quan đến kiểm toán, kiểm soát (báo cáo, v.v )
- Kiểm tra, giám sát, phòng ngừa và kiểm soát những hoạt động nội bộ không tuân thủ.
- Xem xét, đánh giá rủi ro và các quy trình/ thủ tục không tuân thủ để đề xuất những cập nhật/ cải thiện cần thiết.
- Đưa ra các báo cáo và phản hồi về mức độ tuân thủ của từng nhóm/ bộ phận của phòng.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Trưởng Bộ Phận Hỗ Trợ Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành Kinh Tế,Tài Chính, Ngân hàng hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương
- Ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí Kiểm toán viên nội bộ
- Kinh nghiệm về Kiểm toán nội bộ về Tài chính/ Ngân hàng/ Dịch vụ khách hàng là một lợi thế.
- Phán đoán độc lập với khả năng phân tích tốt
- Khả năng đi sâu vào chi tiết
- Khả năng thích ứng để thay đổi nhanh chóng và đảm nhiệm được nhiều công việc
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt đã được kiểm chứng để có thể giao tiếp một cách hiệu quả với tất cả các cấp trong tổ chức
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian
- Thể hiện kỹ năng tổ chức và lập kế hoạch hiệu quả
- Thông thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt
