**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors and above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment industry, either in-house or agencies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to be independent, creative, and accountable
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail with capability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful
