DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to control headcount and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best suitable riders, staff on board
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, and selecting of ideal riders, staff through various platforms
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of performance and employer branding in various areas
- Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment which is allocated
- Assist the Workforce Acquisition Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors and above with at least 1 year (for JA ranking) or 2 years (for A ranking) of relevant experience in the recruitment industry, either in-house or agency
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect the integrity of the Company
- Ability to be independent, creative, and accountable
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful are a plus
