**Responsibilities**:
The Professional Services Operations Manager will be the primary business partner for our PS Leadership. Reporting to the Global VP of Professional Services, you will partner closely with our Delivery team and also work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, and our GTM teams to help improve operational strategies related to our professional services business.
- Drive process improvement and provide insights that help shape the strategy for the professional services business.
- Design, implement, and manage forecasting processes that are integrated with the budget and planning activities within finance.
- Build processes to ensure the effective use and adoption of a PSA solution for time tracking, capacity planning, and invoicing.
- Build and implement processes to generate accurate data for delivering critical KPIs and take a lead role in our planning process around headcount, utilization, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance around time tracking, budgets, and training.
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and create/implement initiatives and related processes to improve key metrics, drive cost efficiency and realize operational improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in a Professional Services or Operations role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of a Professional Services business within a SaaS/Software Company
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders including Senior Leadership
- Analytical, data-driven, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Ability to multi-task within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to successfully manage competing priorities while working against tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High standards for accuracy and integrity of work
- Demonstrated success working with team members in a hybrid environment and across a variety of time zones
