+ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Phát triển mạng lưới Merchant (FMCG, F&B, Shop các loại, đại lý vé máy bay vé xe, ) tham gia bán hàng, cung cấp dịch vụ trên ví điện tử ECO;
- Chăm sóc, hỗ trợ điểm bán thường xuyên;
- Triển khai các chường trình hoạt động thúc đẩy nhận diện thương hiệu và doanh số cho điểm bán;
- Hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh của người bán với các sáng kiến hoạt động, đồng tiếp thị, tối ưu hóa sản phẩm;
- Phát triển các chiến lược duy trì tích cực dựa trên phản hồi của người bán;
- Thương lượng với người bán để gia hạn hợp đồng và duy trì hoạt động kinh doanh;
- Khắc phục sự cố ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động kinh doanh của người bán;
- Thường xuyên ghé thăm người bán để tăng cường mối quan hệ;
- Gặp gỡ với nhóm mua lại để đề xuất các giải pháp giữ chân khách hàng;
- Phân tích, báo cáo hiệu suất và đề xuất các hành động cải thiện;
- Làm việc với các chức năng khác để đề xuất lợi ích phù hợp cho khách hàng bán lẻ thực phẩm.

+ YÊU CẦU:

- Nam, 20 tuổi trở lên;
- Có kinh nghiệm 6 tháng về Sale, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm Sales thị trường làm việc với các Merchant;
- Có phương tiện di chuyển và Smartphone;
- Nhanh nhẹn, khả năng xử lý tình huống linh hoạt;
- Khả năng giao tiếp và kết nối tốt, có trách nhiệm trong công việc;
- Chăm chỉ, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn.

- Thu nhập: Lương cơ bản 7 triệu + KPIs 2 triệu + Thưởng
