**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Leadership and Strategy Development**
- Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Demonstrates leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional development.
- Establish sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly monitor performance, and implement corrective measures when and where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, and the Global HQ Teams in Paris, to drive cohesive sales strategies and enhance market penetration.
- Ensure the sales team is properly allocated across the territory according to regions, cities, districts potentials and market shares.
- Invest properly the sales budget according to territories potentials and priorities in order to maximize business opportunities and ROI.
- Manage the sales budget ensuring that the investments stay in line with the amount defined and are executed against the sales plan defined.
**Team Management**
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, including KAMs, Medical Regional Sales Managers and OTC Regional Sales Managers.
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to maximize productivity and motivation.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices across the sales team.
**Sales and Business development**
- Drive sales growth and market share expansion by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with KAMs to develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Utilize BI insights to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales opportunities, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Oversee the sales forecasting and planning process, ensuring accuracy and aligning resources accordingly.
**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
**Sales Operations and Performance Analysis**
- Oversee the implementation of sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elaborate constant competition monitoring and analysis to understand and anticipate markets trends.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry (experience in pediatrics and OBGYN are a plus)
- Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging business intelligence and data-driven insights.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences and oversee field operations.
- Capacity to adapt and be flexible with changing environments.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
