- Develop client portfolio: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement to increase sales quotas.
- Participate in planning and implementing sales and marketing activities.
- Support partners and users in using the platform.
- Build communities online and converts them into sales.
- Proactively approaches and interacts with communities and groups on Social Media.
- Target merchants and drive sales through their communities and groups.
- Support managers to organise local events.
- Facilitate timely and relevant communication between Europe and Asia offices.
- Ensure and maintain the company brand image on the support channel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- Experience in the e-commerce space is an advantage.
- Strong community builder.
- Be proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple account projects at a time while paying attention to details,
- Fluent in English.
- Teamwork spirit.
