We’re searching for an Operator Experience Lead to own and champion the customer experience of our priority customer segments. Using data and insight you will design the overall experience strategy and develop and execute the right journey and solutions—channel basket, services, campaigns and content

**Main Accountability**
- Manage and lead the entire free market sales team by devising sales strategies, tasks, resources, and requirements needed to maximize opportunity capture and capture business.
- Determine the size and structure of the sales team (regional managers, sales supervisors, sales representatives, and distributor salespeople) and establish and manage the balance between sales territories to ensure efficient operations and meet Food Solutions sales goals and standards.
- Manage and control the sales team to develop their skills through field training and on-the-job training to ensure high professional standards are met on the job and get monthly and yearly sales.
- Build and maintain standard sales operation procedures for Food Solutions, such as a work plan, beat plan, customer visit/call process, time management time, effective sales scope, inventory management, operating expenses, and other related sales functions and activities, to achieve effective sales and effective sales teams.
- Evaluate and implement sales team development programs such as promotion, selection, transformation, labor discipline, etc.
- Appointment, management, and development of distributors; planning and organizing the training of distributor staff; periodically monitoring business results to confirm distributor sales performance and compliance with agreements with distributors
- Coordinate with marketing departments to exploit the market in charge and business opportunities; lead, promote, and ensure perfect execution of activities: promotions, business activation programs such as business agreements, cooking demonstrations, and display activities.
- Work closely with other departments such as the hotel restaurant sales channel (Pull), chain (Chain), sales coordinator, finance, chef, supply chain, and human resources to ensure sales activities are carried out smoothly.
- Analyze the sales performance of each region and devise the necessary action plans to ensure sales.
- Participate in other jobs and projects assigned by the CEO.

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, experience in national business management.
- Knowledge and understanding of traditional sales channels, wholesale channels, modern channels, and the food service industry
- Have good communication skills and work in coordination with people.
- Have good analytical, negotiation skills and solid leadership skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Have self-motivation skills, focus on results, and motivate the team.
- Have a sharp mind and always come up with new ideas.
- Always welcome new challenges and frequent domestic business trip
- Good command of English.
