About the Role

Job holder has accountable for MDRT development execution to achieve the MDRT quantity targets for PA channel (North)

Report to: Manager, PA Initiatives

Location: North

Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Premier Advisory

Role: Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to develop in planning, directing, and coordinating MDRT initiatives.

2. Act as main PIC in collaborating with other BUs and functions in driving MDRT initiatives:
- Support project WS MDRT lead to prepare, plan, execute, monitor the project, training, initiatives to grow MDRT numbers.- Liaise with Agency Executive team on the MDRT tracking and monitoring.- Monitor/ track the funneling of MDRT pipelines by coordidated with Report team.- Coordinate with MKT/ ADS implement through different campaigns a clear and compelling consumer value proposition for MDRT at nest/exchange channel to enhance its competitiveness in the market.- Lead and implement potential MDRT club for nest/exchange nationwide.- Coordinate with Event team to ensure efficiency of activities, events, and training workshops.- Propose initiatives/ contest ideas and follow up, track and update contest result for Sales force.- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, or any related major- Good communication & presentation skills- Analytical skills, logical thinking- Event organization skills, creativity- Leadership Essentials: Curious Learner, Collaborative Challenger, Determined Business Learner
