**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

In this role you will be part of the Hub Operations Support Team, supporting the daily operations, material flow and continuous improvement for Nokia’s distribution warehouses (Hubs) located in Tilburg, NL / Dallas, US / Sao Paulo, BR / Chennai, IN/ Suzhou, CN and our brand new operation in Hanoi, VN to optimize and harmonize processes stretching through all global distribution centers. As Hub Specialist you will be supporting our new Hanoi Hub onsite.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Coordinating daily activities between Hub LSP and Nokia stakeholders
- Acting as first level escalation point with regards to issues, priorities
- Responsible for daily capacity and flexibility is available in the Hub
- Daily support to Hub Manager, acting as delegate when required
- Contribution to minimize inventory (Pack & hold, obsolete, blocked stock)
- Maintenance and revision of operational reporting and Hub related KPIs
- Follow up and analysis of data related to Inbound, Storage & Outbound activities
- Identification of key improvement areas and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Support as SAP key user
- Global distribution network design and process standardization

**Your skills and experience**

**You must have**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management and a track record of process management & data analytics
- Understanding warehouse logistics and supply chain environment
- Understanding warehouse related costing and pricing
- Excel and Power BI knowledge
- SAP Key User
- Good networking and influencing skills
- Strong problem solving and proactive mindset
- Fluent English

**It would be nice if you also had**:

- Knowledge of Business Process mapping tools
- Competence in international transportation and shipping
- Understanding 3PL
- SAP EWM experience
- Project management experience (Lead/Streamlead)
