**Social Media Specialist**

**Location: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines**

**Remote Position**

We are looking for a self-motivated and highly creative Social Media Specialist to join our regional team to utilize social media platforms in multiple countries. This involves developing and implementing a social media brand strategy that encompasses curating and developing new content, collaborating with designers and e-commerce teams, and engaging with followers, as well as encouraging users to voluntarily share the brand’s content in multiple countries.

This is a remote position so you have the flexibility to work from anywhere in your chosen country. In the end, it’s the result that counts

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing and monitoring SM campaigns, as well as for the growth of community followers. Our Swedish beauty-tech co. is forever hungry for something new—whether it’s a groundbreaking high-tech beauty product or an unorthodox way to work smarter. **REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years of experience as a social media and community manager or any other similar role
- We have an international working environment and mostly use English on our social media platforms, hence, having an advanced English level (written and spoken) is a must.
- Creativity because we opt for bold instead of boring every time
- Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Social Media Specialist
- Experience with copywriting, Canva, and video editing is a great plus
- Analytical and strategic, experience in building guidelines, community initiatives, and marketing plans is a plus
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Result-driven and with a high level of motivation and persistence
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking ability
- A team player to coordinate with other team members within or across departments
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for 3 markets, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions and activations.
- Collaborate with the creative team by developing briefs to generate and edit high-quality meaningful content that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement and action.
- Plan and develop a monthly localized editorial calendar that integrates fresh content with brand collaborations with partner influencers and UGC.
- Social Media Management - Schedule and consolidate content on social media that is consistent, meaningful, and high-quality
- Community management responding and engaging with followers and partner KOLs.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Continuous learning to always be on the pulse of the latest trends and updates on social media.
