**1. Capacity Management (PCM)**
- **Overall Job Purposes**:
Manages and drives performance of a team of Specialists

- .Negotiates key procurement contracts (schedules, rates)
- .
- .Defines and sets up local internal rates in system

- .Monitors carrier performance and initiates corrective actions on local level

- .Performs execution of global procurement strategy
- **Main task & key responsibilities**:
.Organizes, splits and plans day-to-day work of Specialists
- .
- .Checks and validates analyses performed and ensures quality of outputs
- .
- .Executes global procurement strategy

.Performs negotiations to procure capacity (schedules, rates)
- .
- .Plans route and allocates capacity (identifies options, allocates shipment against available capacity)
- .
- .Monitors KPIs used to ensure constant improvement of Capacity Management
- .
- .Performs market and customer analysis to forecast demand/supply at country level (collects data, prepares, validates and analyzes data accuracy)
- .
- .Monitors carrier performance in line with balanced score cards
- .
- .Maintains most up to date information on balance between demand and supply at country level
- .
- .Realizes network planning and controlling
- .
- .Performs analysis to identify and implement potential areas of improvement regarding network procurement and consolidation opportunities
- .
- .Ensures internal local rates input and update into the rate management system (which will be used by the ACC Desk management system and checks validities
- .
- .Initiates corrective actions on local level or escalation to global
- .
- .Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department

**2. Airfreight Commercial Center (ACC)**:

- **Overall Job Purposes**:

- Manages and drives performance of a team of Specialists
- . Executes pricing input collection
- . Validates adherence to standards and pricing instructions
- . Rolls-up bid input into country response
- . Executes country-to-country pricing, pricing campaigns, factor based BC pricing (incl. set up internal selling rates)
- . Supports execution of commercial AFR strategy in country
- . Ensures adequate opportunity prioritization, pricing, routing and solution design (timely and quality wise) in alignment with Sales
- . Drives risk taking process (e.g. escalation - regional/global)
- **Main tasks & Key responsibilities**:

- Organizes, splits and plans day-to-day work of Specialists
- . Manages ACC Desk Specialists, monitors output quality and makes needed changes
- . Adheres and complies to rules and principles. Monitors compliance of ACC staff to global/regional pricing standards and makes needed changes
- . Supports in execution of AFR and commercial strategy in local ACC and monitors progress
- . Provides correct and timely feedback to GBT bids. Answers GBT and region to region pricing requests, from break-down of pricing instructions to roll-up of pricing input and submitting
- . Drives competitive pricing. Searches for best pricing solutions in order to maximize profitability of AFR together with Capacity Mgmt
- . Executes pricing campaigns (e.g. seasonal offers)
- . Provides pricing for Sales growth on country level (including standard factor-based pricing methodology), supports and follows up with Sales
- . Executes country bid response, in particular qualification of bids received, formulation of bid strategy, gathering and checking of pricing inputs, consolidates country bid response
- . Drives decision making on risk taking through higher hierarchy levels
- . Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
- . Interacts with customers in alignment with Sales
