**Role Summary**

We are currently looking for a talented B2B Associate to join our team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content and drive business success with it, we want you on our team

B2B Associate will be the primary account holders of our B2B partners and will be responsible for fostering the relationship between the company and B2B partners with the larger aim of growing the revenue contribution of each account.

Along with the relationship management, B2B Associate will also be responsible for supporting the acquisition of new partners through market and competition research and identification of new fields and avenues.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Present, promote and sell the company and the company Abroad products using solid arguments to existing and prospective partners;
- Gather and analyze customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities;
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments;
- Build and maintain relationships with partners;
- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.

**Skills Required**:

- Having at least 3 years experience in B2B sales in Edtech, Banking, IT or related industries.
- Individuals with outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.
- Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners. Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: 25,000,000₫ - 32,000,000₫ per month
