- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Do administration for **Salesforce B2B eCommerce** platform with knowledge of multiple interfaces (**SAP Sales & Distribute module**)**:

- Defect handling (1st and 2nd level support)**:analyzing issues **within the system landscape and **solution implementation **in Salesforce
- ** Customizing of master data **within Salesforce backend and SAP Sales & Distribute module
- Update configurations and translations in Salesforce Backend depending on new feature implementation or Rollouts
- _ Optional: Development of features within Salesforce (back
- and frontend) to improve eCommerce solution _
- _Technical documentation for software changes_

**Qualifications**:

- ** Salesforce B2B Commerce **knowledge
- Mandatory:Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Additional:Salesforce Developer Certification
- 2 years working experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- SAP SD knowledge - Customer and Material Master Data, Pricing and Conditions
- Analytical thinking, understanding and interest for IT solutions with multiple interfaces and their processes
- Intense communication with multiple stakeholders regarding defect solving
- English language: fluent
- (Optional) JIRA, confluence, MF ALM
