A- Account Payable Responsibility:
1. Process bank payment for vendors and CRED operation services

Thực hiện thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp của Công tyvà thanh toán mua hàng hóa dịch vụ cho bộ phận CRED

2. Checking E-payment requistion via the system to make sure all compliant with company policy & Accounting & Taxation

Kiểm tra hồ sơ yêu cầu thanh toán trên hệ thống của công ty, đảm bảo tính tuân thủ về chính sách và các quy định về kế toán và thuế

3. Book and match the ledger in VGL system of trade and nontrade payable

Hạch toán ghi nhận công nợ và hạch toán ghi nhận thanh toán trên hệ thống kế toán VGL

4. Monitor the AP report of payable by contract number

Theo dõi báo cáo theo dõi công nợ các nhà thầu/nhà cùng cấp chính theo số hợp đồng

5. VAT input report and withholding tax calculation

Phụ trách bảng kê thuế VAT đầu vào và tính thuê nhà thầu phát sinh

6. Bank reconciliation for month end accounts closing

Đối chiếu số dư ngân hàng và sổ kế toán theo yêu cầu khóa sổ cuối tháng

B- Treasury Responsibility

1- Assist to prepare monthly cashflow forecast

Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị dự toán dòng tiền mỗi tháng

2- Carry out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the respective supervisor in cash and liquidity management

Thực hiện các báo cáo hoạt động hằng ngày, giao dịch với ngân hàng và hỗ cấp trên quản lý dòng tiền và thanh khoản.

3- Prepare cash positions on a daily basis

Theo dõi chuẩn bị dòng tiền hoạt động mỗi ngày

4- Assist to prepare and monitor Fixed Deposit placement contract, loan contracts

Chuẩn bị và theo dõi các hợp đồng TGTK và các hợp đồng vay của công ty

5- Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

Các nhiệm vụ khác được trưởng bộ phận phân công theo từng thời điểm.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications : University or College Degree Finance - Accounting

Bằng cấp : Tốt nghiệp Đại học hay Cao đẳng chuyên ngành tài chính - kế toán

Experience : At least 4-year experience of payable accountant. Good tax knowledge is advantage

Kinh nghiệm : Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệp kế toán thanh toán. Kiến thức về thuế tốt là lợi thế

Specific skills / abilities: Good interpersonal and communication skills both Vietnamese and English; Proficient in MS Office especial in Ms Excel

Kỹ năng : Giỏi giao tiếp cả tiếng Việt và Anh; Thạo vi tính văn phòng nhất là Ms Excel

Personal qualities : Positive service attitude; Pleasant personality and initiative

Phẩm chất : Tích cực, hòa đồng và sáng tạo
