Market Research and Intelligence:
- Conduct continuous market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market intelligence to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Work with Finance Manager to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience demonstrating proficiency in People, Business, Digital, and Leadership Skills.
- Extensive track record of successful branding initiatives, with more than 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Technical expertise prioritized in the following areas: Branding & Marketing, Business Development (Partnerships), Sales/E-Commerce, Finance Management, and Operational Excellence.
- Demonstrated authenticity, creativity, and dynamism in previous roles.
- Preferred qualification: MBA degree.
- Proficient in English communication; French language skills are advantageous.
