Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration functions of our plant;
  • Work proactively and closely with senior management to support daily operation and business development;
  • Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions in an efficient and orderly manner;
  • Prepare staff cost budget & forecast and analytical reports to management;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At latest 10 years' experience in human resources and administration function with minimum 8 years at supervisory level. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferable;
  • Well versed with labor ordinance and tax law in Vietnam;
  • A selfmotivator, executor and team player. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to build up close working relationships with all levels of staff;
  • Independent, strong analytical ability, wellorganized and sensitive to figures;
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is highly appreciated.
