**1.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

1/ Quản lý đội ngũ Sales Admin các công việc hỗ trợ kinh doanh và hoạt động vận hành kênh GTC

2/ Xây dựng các chính sách và tính thưởng incentive cho Sales Team

3/ Quản lý data khách hàng

4/ Vận hành hệ thống DMS

5/ Quản lý Ngân sách phòng ban

6/ Theo dõi, phân bổ, đánh giá hoạt động của các Trạm pha màu

7/ Tracking tính thực thi của Sales Team

8/ Và các công việc khác của cấp QLTT

**2. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**

1/ Ứng viên tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh, Kinh Tế, Thương Mại

2/ Ứng viên có từ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương ở các ngành hàng bán lẻ, FMCG, vật liệu xây dựng hoặc các ngành hàng khác liên quan.

3/ Kỹ năng công việc: Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.

4/ Kỹ năng mềm: Chăm chỉ và có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.
