Propose promotional programs, communication activities, etc. to increase the number of customers visiting and shopping.

Coordinate and control all operations of e-commerce sites including websites, brand fan pages, and online stores on e-commerce sitesNegotiate, cooperate, and propose promotional programs with e-commerce partners to expand operations and increase online sales on e-commerce websitesOrganize, assign, guide and supervise staff for planning, implementing and evaluating the results of activities to ensure e-commerce business activities are operated well and on schedule.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion, and marketing program.
Synthesize, analyze, and report business results according to each program, each week, each month, and each quarter.
Collect and analyze data related to market trends to have adaptive plans and maximize sales potential.

Integrate and make good use of internal resources/data and big data from external partners (cross types) to analyze and evaluate consumer shopping behavior, thereby making recommendations.

Business activities are consistent with consumer trends and the Companys orientation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related majors.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in fashion, household goods, food, and electronics sectorsAbility to analyze the market, synthesize, plan, organize, update, and process informationGood management and teamwork skills
