  • Work with RM teams and decide on necessary mill allocation for future.
  • Work with Raw Materials Technical and Raw Materials Planning to build long term mill capacity & capability to execute Sourcing Strategy
  • Work with supply chain in ensuring high level capacity inquiries are fulfilled.
  • Come up with Speed solutions that will facilitate in fulfilling Brand requirement in future.
  • Ensure all major calendar changes are practical and work with Brand partners to minimize risk to business.
  • Work with vendors to continually upgrade their capabilities to cater to growing needs of Brands in terms of speed, flexibility and agility.
  • Own and drive global strategic initiatives rolled out by the organization
  • Establish and mentor world class high performing teams with clear succession planning
  • Monitor key deliverables in terms of effective loading at a vendor and country level and take appropriate action to minimize deviations

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in related fields / functions
  • Relevant capability in one or more of the below designated functions:


Product Development
  • costing, consumption, risk assessment, product life cycle development
  • Production Management bulk order and calendar management, factory vendor Purchase Order management
  • Demand Planning sourcing strategy, projections, capacity management and allocation
  • Proven record in leadership and cross functional team management.
  • Able to navigate and influence as a trusted adviser to leadership.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel advanced functions and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with planning tools / software is an advantage
