1. Demand planning, Logistics and Operation Management
- Coordinate with internal on demand and supply plans for various sales channels and marketing campaigns and ensure demand forecast data is accurate.
- Review and evaluate sales data to validate and refine forecast models.
- Track, review and quick re-act to abnormality of actual sale trends for all sales channels.
- Control, manage, monitor forecast accuracy metrics.
- Cooperate with Brands/ Demand Planning Coordinator of Minthacare Group to place orders if needed and follow-up the preparation lead time and pick-up/ arrival schedules.
- Handling/ supporting/ managing the shortage/damaged goods after importation if any.
- Support/ handling to solve the related issues during the importation process with Partner if any.
- Cooperate with Partner and supply for needful importation declaration documents.
- Manage and implement good tools for tracking all inbound/ outbound/ transfer transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Control stock level and manage aging inventories/ stock’s self-life, collaborate with the sales team to improve sales forecast capability over time.
- Managing allocation and transportation of stock to multiple warehouses for fulfillment.
- Act as one of the primary day-to-day business liaison between company and Brands and Partners/ Supplier (distribution partner, forwarder, transportation) to ensure on time delivery according to demand and actual sales.

2. Finance and Non-Finance Management
- Controlling and managing all logistics costs, good focus on cost of stocks improvement.
- Focus on meeting internal demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods.
- Controlling the inventory stocks such as stock coverage level, slow-moving; order and delivery lead time, warehouse and other related service cost.

3. Reporting and other tasks
- Supporting line managers on improving processes internally and co-operate with Brands/ external suppliers ensure it’s going smoothly and efficiently.
- Cooperate with internal related teams such as sales team, marketing team, accounting team and regulatory for needful information.
- Providing line managers, a full report of logistics related issues, stock-movement report, forecast on stock report and other related reports.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.

- Having experience in the Cosmetics/ Medical Device Trading Industry and deep knowledge on inventory management is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Be proficient in Excel, strong in numeric and analytical skills with data.
- Having at least 4 years of experience in demand planning and logistics.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, detailed oriented, good communication, independent, responsibility, responsive.
