RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving the yearly equipment sales target set for 3 offices (Hanoi HQ, Danang Branch and HCM branch);
  • Developing new customers (end users and EPC contractors) and maintaining existing customers to expand equipment sales business;
  • QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery schedule) and inventory control;
  • Preparing documents (presentation, test proposal, test report, quotation, contract, etc.);
  • Cooperation with manufacturers and fabricators;
  • Necessary information collection from customers, suppliers, national government, local government, related authorities etc.;
  • Controlling documents and filing system for equipment sales section;
  • Support supervisor in equipment sales & marketing in Vietnam.
  • Cooperate with all other related departments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering
  • Understanding of plant or mechanical sales procedure (B to B)
  • Relationship with EPC Contractors
  • Knowledge on mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Knowledge on water and wastewater treatment
  • Working Experience in mechanical equipment sales, water & wastewater treatment works in private/domestic sectors
  • Strong commitment (Achievement to the target)
  • Strategical and theoretical thinking
  • Good Communication Skills (Information collection, build good relationship with new and existing customers, suppliers, and other department in the Company
  • Trouble shooting
  • Selfdevelopment
  • Good English communication skill (Company requests all staff to have TOEIC Score more than 800)
  • Good Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Willing to business trip including oversea
