  • Purpose of the Job/Job Mission: - Manage all the after sales activities for the existing Customer base, by working closely with them on a regular basis to identify their needs and expectations.
  • Promotes Service Products to the end user Customers, exactly meeting their needs, using all the Group resources and to maximize market opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze customer production processes and provide solutions based on Service Products and technical knowledge.
  • Essential Functions:
  • Sales responsibilities for Customer Service (CS) for Vietnam.
  • Drive business development for existing and new customers
  • Regular customer visits and relationship building/management with existing and new customers
  • Relationship management: together with the CS Sales manages and customer relationship officers manage and develop relationship with customers with focus on CS topics
  • Provide market knowhow and full overview, including competitors
  • Manage sales budget and sales forecast
  • Actively managing and using the CRM tools with all its aspects
  • Open communication and frequent update of market information to the CS Sales Manager and team members
  • Good flow of information from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process e.g. Customer Relationship Officers, Customer Service and Administration
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and conclude contracts
  • Comply to Buhler guidelines for pricing, contract, and payment terms
  • Order intake and price quality
  • Coordinate with Regional CS/Local CS team focusing of CS business solutions and needs

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Installation or Commissioning
  • Advanced knowledge machinery and familiar with MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations)
  • General experience and familiarity with commercial environment
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration or Management related field of study is a plus.
  • English level: Conversational in business working environment.
