At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in IT field
Planning, organizing, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Self-management and creative
High level of accountability and confidentiality
Good communication, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
Can work under pressure.
Can-do-attitude and put the goals of the team before your own prestige.
Experience working for headhunters or multinational IT companies is a big plus
Strong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HR Software) is a big plus
