Mô tả công việc:

  • Responsible for building sales targets for each provincial company, and business targets committed to BMW partners.
  • Propose sales policies (pricing policy, sales program, sales solution, sales management according to Salesforce system, DDMS).
  • Manage sales plans, production orders, and inventory according to provincial companies.
  • Collect market information and competitors.
  • Management implements targets by vehicle model/dealer.


Tiêu chí, tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu:

Experience:

  • At least 12 years of experience in products, sales of highend car brands;

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or other related majors;
  • Systems thinking and business administration expertise.
  • Strong data processing abilities for analysis of markets.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.0 or higher)
  • A proactive, professional working style that adjusts quickly to change.
  • Possess the ability to allocate, organize, and finish tasks quickly.
  • Capacity to organize and oversee implementation outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,..)
