Job summary:


An exciting Head of Marketing APAC job has just come available in one of the most respected global consumer healthcare company based in HCMC.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with the sales & marketing team of distribution partners in the APAC region to ensure consistency and quality of strategies and activities to promote multi-channel business.


Responsibilities:

Developing strategic plans for the product and brands for OTC channels: pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, wholesalers, E-commerce

Identify industry specific trends and take charge of driving changes towards the developments in the market

Maintaining a competitive knowledge of the market by continually identifying risk and opportunities in the landscape

Set financial KPIs for trade marketers

Define KPIs for Trade marketing programs effectiveness tracking

Utilize market intelligence from different resources to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities

Turn marketing strategies into impactful actionable programs and work closely with internal stakeholders like Commercial Excellence, Regulatory, Medical and Finance teams

Experience requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Trade Marketing. Experience with OTC and consumer healthcare
  • Operational excellence ensure necessary resources to execute plans
  • Strong understanding of retail channels and how to influence their buying decisions.
  • People management and succession planning exposure.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, French will be a bonus

Education / Certifications:
University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and/or a Medical/Pharmacy.
