MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1/ Tổ chức điều hành, quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm các hoạt động của phòng Marketing
- Xây dựng các mục tiêu, kế hoạch hoạt động của Phòng Marketing và kế hoạch ngân sách tương ứng với kế hoạch kinh doanh của công ty để đạt mục tiêu doanh số;
- Kiểm soát hiệu quả chi phí hoạt động Phòng Marketing;
- Chủ trì xây dựng/ cập nhật quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc liên quan tới các hoạt động marketing;
- Đưa ra các sáng kiến, cải tiến đổi mới trong công việc phụ trách;
- Quản lý, điều phối và đánh giá nhân sự trong phòng.

2/ Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường nhằm đưa ra định hướng marketing phù hợp
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường, khách hàng, đối thủ cạnh tranh nhằm dự báo xu hướng thị trường, nhu cầu của khách hàng;
- Phân tích các dữ liệu từ các chi nhánh, thị trường, khách hàng (Nhà phân phối, đại lý, End-user) nhằm đưa ra định hướng marketing phù hợp, kịp thời;
- Tìm kiếm, nghiên cứu và sử dụng các ứng dụng công nghệ phù hợp phục vụ cho hoạt động marketing.

3/ Quản lý hoạt động Trade marketing

4/ Quản lý hoạt động Digital marketing

5/ Triển khai sản xuất và kiểm soát nội dung marketing
- Xây dựng và sản xuất nội dung marketing sản phẩm;
- Quản lý và kiểm soát nội dung trên các kênh marketing;
- Chỉ đạo thiết kế ấn phẩm, tài liệu marketing sản phẩm.

6/ Lên chiến lược, kế hoạch branding thương hiệu công ty, chiến lược phát triển sản
- phẩm cho từng ngành hàng, chiển lược phát triển

7/ Lên chiến lược truyền thông/PR về hình ảnh và thương hiệu của công ty đến công chúng.

YÊU CẦU:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh, các ngành khối kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên liên quan;
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm ở vị Trưởng phòng/GĐ Marketing tại các công ty về Hàng gia dụng, Thiết bị điện, Điện Tử, Điện Gia Dụng, FMCG;
- Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức Event, Offline với các chương trình có quy mô lớn. Hiểu biết về chuyên môn truyền thông và nghiên cứu thị trường;
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết về Brand Marketing; Digital Marketingvv;
- Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, triển khai thực hiện, kiểm tra, theo dõi và đánh giá;
- Có kỹ năng đào tạo, teamwork, tạo động lực cho nhân viên;
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc theo nhóm và khả năng chịu áp lực cao;
