**Position Overview**:
As the Marou Brand and Marketing Head, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive the success and growth of our brand. He/she will provide leadership and direction to the brand and marketing team, positioning Marous brand effectively and competitively in the market and resonating with our target audience while enriching our brand equity.

This role requires a deep understanding of human-centric, customer behavior, storytelling, exceptional branding skills, marketing, originality, and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve the results needed to achieve our vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy and marketing plan for Marou Chocolate, aligning with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor insights. Use the findings to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guideline consistency across all touchpoints and product categories.
- Manage the brand and marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired brand objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and social media.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, media partners, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Monitor and analyze market and sales data to track brand performance. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize brand strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, prestige consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency in all marketing materials and brand messaging.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the brand and marketing team by providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional and personal development goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience with minimum 7 years in prestige brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Working experience in premium lifestyle, retail fashion, food and/or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury/premium industry, including consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional strategic brand thinking, creativity, and design sense.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Practical experience in developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data, make data-driven recommendations with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively articulate brand strategies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Complex problem-solving skills and negotiation
- Proficient in using relevant marketing software/tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for events, meetings, and industry conferences.
