**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather info and develop annual corporate communication plan.
- Proactively address high potential audience with right message thru efficient distribution channels
- Work closely with MKT Head, local PR firm, advertising agency to build up and deploy good PR & Brand Communication plan with increase earned media year on year; maintain and expand share of voice with times higher than the nearest competitor.
- Integrate, implement, and help to improve Brand Communication processes regionally while ensuring seamless alignment with local business priorities.
- Join discussion/ brainstorming to develop, manage and execute the integrated communication plan (one and three-year plan), closely follow up and well control allocated budget.
- Support MKT Head coaching junior team members to lift professional capabilities and competences of whole MKT Team
- Craft company's communication materials (press releases, thought leadership article, speeches for General Director in events...) and ensure all communication materials go through Advertising Compliance Process before releasing externally.
- Seek opportunities to strengthen relationships with key media contacts and other business stakeholders, such as influencers, OE partners, dealers, experts...
- Monitor BS brand health on media and promptly take necessary actions if any potential crisis arising.
- Be responsible for reviewing all Displays/POP design items produced within company by other departments to ensure they follow BS Design Manual
- Assist MKT Head in ad-hoc assignments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
- At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing and/or at least 5 years in Brand Communications.
- Passionate to build up the company brand image for business objectives.
- Well understand audience on mass/ specific and segmentation communication.
- Excellent writing skills, experienced in working & managing the agency both PR & communication.
- Good relationship & network with Press, Agency, and External Supporters.
- Experienced in leading crisis management, risk management.
