**Schedule**: Full-time, 9:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday - Option to work remotely 1 day / week

CRCC Asia is an international education organization that facilitates international professional development programs in 5 cities in 4 countries globally: Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, and India. CRCC Asia has been in operation for 16 years, partners with 65+ universities and governmental bodies globally, and has sent 10,000+ students abroad through its award-winning internship programs. Our internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.

**1. Strategic Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our programs that align with the company’s objectives and brand positioning.
- Analyze international education trends, market demands, and cultural nuances to identify opportunities and tailor marketing approaches.
- Define clear goals and KPIs for the team including international students enrollment, program visibility, and brand recognition globally.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor team members through meetings and 1 on 1 sessions, overseeing all areas of Marketing and ensuring goals are met.
- Do frequent review of team’s performance, identify areas of improvement for the team members and provide prompt training where needed.

**3. Process & team optimization**:

- Proactively identify areas of improvement for the team and execute accordingly.
- Build/revamp SOP.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the international student experience.

**4. Digital and Global Marketing Initiatives**:

- Lead digital marketing campaigns targeting international audiences, utilizing various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.), and SEO strategies.
- Implement strong content strategy across all marketing materials, factoring culturally sensitive information and targeted audiences.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand through consistent messaging and campaigns.

**5. Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct ongoing market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of international students in different regions, identify trends for new opportunities.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.

**6. Budget Management and Resource Allocation**:

- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to optimize marketing campaigns in different international markets.
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic goals for global expansion.

**7. Tracking & Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Provide meaningful reports to the management team with clear actionable items.

**8. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Management team & other departments to align marketing efforts and support overall company objectives.

**9. Partnerships and Relationships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, agencies, vendors and organizations worldwide to expand the institution's reach and offerings.

**IV. QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experiences: minimum 5 years in related roles, have experiences in leading a high-performing team, preferably within the international education sector.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with organisational objectives.
- Result-oriented, demonstrated success in meeting KPI & company’s objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, able to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
- Experience studying/living in, travelling to, or have a good understanding of our program locations: Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and/or India.
- English fluency is a must, Japanese and/or Korean language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
