Customer Success Manager to join our CS Team.


As a pivotal member of our team, you'll play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our clients in the banking industry and other enterprise sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of Sales Targets: Drive the achievement and exceed annual sales targets within assigned segments and accounts, showcasing your commitment to success.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets while also expanding our customer base, ensuring our services resonate with customer needs.

Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers in each customer account, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.

Strategic Recommendations: Gain a deep understanding of each customer's strategic goals and tactics, enabling you to offer tailored recommendations based on TechX's products and services.

Effective Communication: Play a pivotal communication role by consistently interacting with customers to deliver insights and updates, ensuring clear and valuable communication.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations, balancing client needs with TechX's capabilities.

Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable feedback to enhance TechX's customer-centric approach.

Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals to customers. Create personalized sales decks that align with client requirements.

Negotiations and Contract Preparation: Skillfully negotiate and prepare sales contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer expectations.

Professional Development: Attend relevant courses and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Reporting and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Client Success Director, providing regular updates on sales activities and contributing to the growth strategy

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or account management within the technology sector.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions, ideally with experience in AWS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Must have a customercentric approach, demonstrating a true obsession with meeting client needs ("Customer Obsession").
  • Persistence and hard work are critical for achieving sales targets and delivering topquality service.
  • Require strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate client records.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to express clearly the client needs to the technical team.
  • Creativity is essential, with the ability to innovate sales strategies and approach customer needs in unique ways.
  • Be sharp in perceiving client needs, market trends, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Be convincing in your sales approach and proposal.
  • Must be passionate about technology, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
  • Eagerness to learn and continually adapt to industry changes is key for this role. Be a team player and selfleader to contribute to the overall company culture & working environment.
