  • Compensation Review and Proposal:

  • Benefits Administration:
  • Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit offerings and ensure cost

- experience in C&B Team Leader position, MNCs company experience background is preferrable
  • Graduated university major in Economics and related majors.
  • English communication, Good at writing English.
  • Familiar with HRM software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
  • Teamwork, Time management, Multitasking
  • Hard working, proactive, open minded, responsive, well organized, time management, cautious and honest.
