This role is responsible for payables for domestic vendors for merchandise purchasing (payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices) and some all non-Merchandise expenses.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
  • Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
  • Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
  • Type periodic reports and other records
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process

  • At least 12 years of experience in a similar position
  • Executive Accountant with SAP experience
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce company and trading company
  • Strong technical accounting background, Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and IFRS knowledge are a plus
  • Experience working in financial systems software, including the general ledger and subledgers


 Strong at Excel
  • SQL and Power BI experience a plus
  • Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with strong verbal and written and communication skills
  • Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced, professional environment
