What will you do
The
Brand Manager is responsible for

  • Increase growth, profitability, penetration, and market share.
  • Identify both opportunities & business at risk
  • Conduct regular Business reviews as a basis for challenging and improving both short
- and long-term strategies & action plans.

  • Competitor activity analysis & response strategy
  • Understand external environment consumer and influence understanding
  • Brand development and management, Marketing execution, business and financial acumen
  • Management of a range of internal business processes including developing marketing plans with the marketing team, aligning sales division/ trade marketing and stake holders to marketing plans Lead the development of Marketing Plans with the Marketing team and Strategic Plans to deliver long term growth
  • Communicate and align sales results/target to marketing plans
  • Varying crossfunctional experience to build business leadership competencies and refine Marketing competencies
  • Expertise in digital marketing, influencing marketing to drive brands in new approach
  • Facilitate and provide coaching and direction in the development through on the job learning, training/education and/or focused project work.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management process for both self & division
  • Routinely cotravel with sales & product support team on customer visits
  • Use information from 360o Feedback as a basis for selfdevelopment and strategies for improving cooperation & performance
  • Have a Personal Development Plan and demonstrate responsibility and commitment to selfdevelopment.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • Pharmacist or Medicine or Bachelor equivalent
  • 35 years' experience in Marketing handling of portfolio of OTC/ Consumer Health sector of pharmaceutical company
  • Comprehensive understanding about pharmaceutical market & target customers (including institute, hospital, consumer & government affairs stake holders)
  • Core Skills: Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, People Management, Strategic thinking, Market Research, Communication and Presentation, Above the Line and Below the Line activation with Digitalize mindset
  • Leadership Qualities is a key success factor.
