  • Collect payment request from related department, review and verify payment documents (invoice, PR, Payment Request ), ensure that follows to payment policy.
  • Post every transactions of bank and cash into accounting system, ensure correct balance of bank and cash.
  • Manage Bank accounts and control banks account balance, make the cash report daily, weekly
  • Reconcile vendor statement, research and correct descrepancies.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in acordance with our policy and accepted accounting principles.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audit.
  • Prepare and submit all payment documents to seek authorisation/ BOD approvals every week. Prepare the payment orders under payment schedule
  • Prepare fix assets, other tool control list and compare with system.
  • Prepare VAT, FCT, PIT report, reconcile with accounting system.
  • Assist monthend closing.
  • Other tasks assigned by CA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Finance & Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in AP Accountant position.
  • Well understanding the nature of expense accounts and cost center.
  • Familiar with accounting software such as Misa, Fast
  • Good command of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strictly follow company rules such as financial procedures, code of ethics.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
