- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 03 năm trong việc quản lý và xây dựng cộng đồng hoặc 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm hoặc quen thuộc với môi trường kinh doanh B2B.
- Sử dụng thuần thục các mạng xã hội và đọc hiểu các công cụ báo cáo.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt và chủ động trong công việc.
- Có trách nhiệm và đảm bảo tiến độ triển khai công việc.

**Mô tả công việc**:

- Phát triển, quản lý các nhóm cộng đồng và gia tăng số lượng thành viên tham gia các nhóm cộng đồng
- Xây dựng nội dung tương tác với các cộng đồng khách hàng, đối tác.
- Xây dựng các hoạt động cùng KOL/KOC và đối tác.
- Hỗ trợ các chiến dịch online/offline cùng các bộ phận khác.
- Báo cáo phân tích cộng đồng và xây dựng kế hoạch tăng trưởng chung theo tháng/quý/năm.
