THE OPPORTUNITY/JOB PURPOSE**
_ The Commercial Controller is a business and financial minded individual, responsible for overseeing projects & programs to drive the goals of the company_

_ The Commercial Controller plays a critical role to lead & accelerate patient solution/patient assistance programs_

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors vendor in assessing patient's financial condition
  • Identify, assess and control risks pre/during/post
- financial evaluation process by using appropriate methodologies

  • Ensure bringing the right program with right product to the right people
  • Proactively present suggestions for process/business improvements and set control process
  • Liase with regional access team to discuss, be consulted on potential risk areas and relevant corrective actions
  • Design monthly reporting templates for key metrics, in collaboration with India / Regional leadership and relevant Global stakeholders
  • Oversee and coordinate reporting of key metrics by the partners / vendors as per above templates at prealigned frequencies
  • Connect with partners on a regular basis to review and implement the action plan and ensure key metrics are in line with expected outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities.

  • BSc/BA in economics, Finance, Accounting or Business faculties, business analysis
  • Experience with Market access, patient assistance/solution in pharma/healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Experience in financial project management
  • Experience in financial evaluation, risk management, auditing & controlling
  • Strong analytic skill and combined with strong business & financial acumen
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Collaborative, committed, resultoriented and business minded personality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate in making meaningful impact for patients and the organization
