1. Identifies, develops, and evaluates sales strategy, based onknowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, andcost and mark up factors.
- Assists in preparation, administration and documentation ofproposals.
- Maintains existing accounts and secures new accounts throughaggressive and creative sales & marketing programs.
- Takes care customers throughout the guest's cycle: pre-arrival, uponarrival, settling in and moving around, stay experience, pre-departure and departure.
- Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and tradeshows, working with developers, advertisers, and productionmanagers, to market the serviced apartment.
- Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans andprocedures.
- Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potentialmarkets for the Company.

- Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoingpersonality
