  • Conduct department's payment process and record all expenses documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to check & record orders, production plan, delivery schedule.
  • Receive and transfer the requests from overseas customers (Europe/ America) through mail or phone calling to person in charge for specific regions.
  • Support marketing activities as required by direct/ assigned manager.
  • Perform other tasks requested by Line Manager or Company's management

  • Export, Business Administration, English Studies or relevant majors.
  • At least 01 year of experience at the same position.
  • English: Good command of English (4 skills required)
  • Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel for report and data analysis
  • Other requirements:
  • Well organized and details-oriented, logical thinking, good communication and administrative skills.
  • Sales-motivated and result-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when needed.
