- Có góc nhìn tổng quát về nghiệp vụ và các sản phẩm trên nền tảng số, chủ động đề xuất các ý tưởng, sáng kiến để cải tiến hành trình khách hàng cho từng sản phẩm cũng như hành trình của khách hàng trên kênh số
- Xây dựng phương pháp luận, khung năng lực chuyên môn quản lý thay đổi phù hợp mức độ trưởng thành của khối ngân hàng số trong từng thời kỳ

- Có kiến thức về các sản phẩm, dịch vụ ngân hàng hiện đại
- Có kiến thức về mô hình và phương pháp luận quản lý thay đổi trong môi trường chuyển đổi số hoá
- Có khả năng lên kế hoạch, khung năng lực liên quan đến chuyên môn quản lý thay đổi
- Có hiểu biết vềthiết kế trải nghiệm khách hàng
- Có khả năngtriển khai công việc theo phương pháp luận Agile
- Có chứng chỉ đào tạo Agile, PROSCI/CCMP là 1 lợi thế
