Our client is a global cyber assessment company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
**1. Team Leadership**:
Lead and assist a group of competent engineers in their professional development by offering advice and encouragement, ensuring their motivation, engagement, and alignment with the objectives of the organization.Promote an environment of cooperation and positivity within the team, encouraging open communication and a sense of collective responsibility.

**2. Agile Management**:
Monitor the planning, execution, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction to quality standards.In charge of Scrum Master duties, including arranging and overseeing sprint and release planning, demos, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related events.

**3. Technical Guidance**:
Comprehend the intricacies of engineering tasks and offer insightful advice to the team.Provide the engineering team with guidance and technical support.Encourage the ongoing development of engineering techniques and processes.Actively exchanges knowledge both inside and outside the company.

**4. Interdepartmental Cooperation**:
Guarantee a cohesive working environment, assist technical and non-technical stakeholders in communicating with each other.

**5. Development and Mentoring**:
Provide mentoring and direction to support team members’ professional development.Determine the teams skill gaps and areas for improvement in order to keep them proficient in cutting-edge technologies and competitive.

**6. Management of Resources**:
Determine and resolve any obstacles or problems that could limit the teams effectiveness.

**7. Performance Assessment**:
Conduct frequent performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize exceptional achievements.Address any performance concerns and carry out strategies in collaboration with HR and the site manager.

**8. Communication**:
Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or any related fields.At least 8 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years of experience leading an engineering team.Proficient in Java, Golang or Python is a plus- Proven experience as an Engineering Lead/Manager or having experience as a Scrum Master is a big plus.Strong technical background in software developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excel at Agile: Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Proficiency in English.
