The opportunity
This position takes ownership for end-to-end process of Agency compensation design and review process to ensure compensation policies support for business strategic KPIs, improve business performance, under approved budget and comply with local/ regional policies, guidelines, regulation.
Responsibilities
1. Agency compensation (Agents, Managers' compensation, other benefits, promotion/demotion policies )
- Take ownership for endtoend process of Agency compensation design and review process to ensure compensation policies support for business strategic KPIs, improve business performance, under approved budget and comply with local/ regional policies, guidelines, regulation including:
- Review and analyze compensation scheme's impacts on key performance metrics/ sales behaviors, business performance and market trendsto provide actionable insights to design compensation schemes to improve business circumstances and strategic KPIs
- Propose schemes and conduct financial analysis (including projection, sensitivity testing, risk assessment, winner loser analysis )
- Prepare business case/ proposal and seek approval for Senior Local and Regional Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Payroll, IT, MIS, training, Finance, Legal, Compliance ) to ensure approved schemes are launched properly and effectively such as memo, system set up, crosscheck bonus, calculate bonus and payment request,
- Work with relevant team (Training, Business Management, Marketing team ) to develop and deliver effective communication plan of compensation schemes to relevant stakeholders (internally & externally) to launch & educate salesforce.
- Adhoc support for financial impacts review on exceptional cases as assigned.
2. Compensation performance review
- Develop framework, work with MIS for analytical solution for automation and visualization of key metrics for regular review of compensation budgets and effectiveness in driving agency KPIs.
- Deliver other compensation review and reports per local and regional guidelines.
- Prepare and present analysis/ reports to management team.
- Other adhoc review and analysis as assigned.

What we are looking for
- Education/Training: Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, Economics is preferred.
- Experience in strategic planning/ performance analytics/ compensation design role
- Good knowledge of insurance distribution
- Problem solving, strategic thinking and data analytical skills, good project management ability
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholders' management skills (Internal: Other Depts and Division / External: Sales Force)
- Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI is preferred.
