With the objective is to improve the quality and develop initiative in Marketing activities to increase the impaction of Agency Channel, Agency Marketing & Communication Lead is responsible for:

  • leading the whole marketing campaign in Agency Channels (MDRT/LA/AL)
- provide creative communication to support AIA projects (Agency / MKT Brand / Products / Vitality)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Channel campaign planning & management
  • Propose marketing plan including integrated communication & activation for each channel according to the strategic MKT direction of agency distribution.
  • Design concept (mood, tone and visual) of MKT campaign / event for each channel's style and target audience segmentation.
  • Propose and develop new tools, POSM, visual bank for each MKT project in charge.
  • Manage activities and approved budget of short / medium term detailed plan that align with annual plan of the team to achieve KPI of each project.
  • Web & social media management
  • Manage agency website (MDRT web) and other online channels to maximize internal communication approach to different audiences.
  • Monitor and track performance of sites
  • Maintain sites' operation and develop enhancement to achieve higher performance
  • Create direction of weekly & monthly contents on sites for each channel which align with strategic campaigns
  • Lead generation supporting activity management
  • Contribute ideas of sales and recruitment leads to channels
  • Coordinate and support partnership function to execute lead generation campaigns for each channel.

Job requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, art and creative management, preferably in insurance industry or digital environment, MKT agency environment.
  • Creativity without bounds, ability to concept unique ideas
  • Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, CMS)
  • Great experience in video, animation, event concept & script development for social media
  • Ability of design, UI/UX and editing is a priority
  • Good project management, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively
