- Xây dựng các KPI thực thi cho ASM/Supervisor/Sales Rep, các kênh GT, MT, KA quý, tháng, tuần cho từng vùng miền.
- Xây dựng cách chính sách thưởng phù hợp với ngân sách & hiệu quả kinh doanh.
- Đưa ra qui trình Bán Hàng & các qui định Tuân Thủ cho Sales tiền tuyến thực thi hiệu quả & chất lượng.
- Cải tiến liên tục các qui trình/qui định chưa phù hợp & đi tiên phong cho những định hướng tương lai.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để có những giải pháp hỗ trợ Sales tốt nhất.
- Xây dựng các mẫu báo cáo định kì/tự động gửi cho đội ngũ Kinh Doanh để cải thiện các chỉ số Kinh Doanh.
- Phối hợp với team IT/SFA để xây dựng & vận hành phần mềm/ứng dụng/báo cáo BI cho công ty.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiếu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí công việc tương đương tại các công ty ngành sữa/ nước giải khát/ FMCG.
- Có thể là Giám Sát hay Sales Admin/Customer Service/Business Analyst ở các công ty có qui mô tương đương
- Am hiểu thị trường và các mô hình kinh doanh ngành ngành sữa/ nước giải khát/ FMCG.
- Nhạy bén với số liệu và có kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu tốt. Sử dụng thành tạo các công cụ phân tích dữ liệu, phần mềm quản trị bán hàng DMS/ SAP
- Kỹ năng phân tích báo cáo.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng Excel, vẽ Chart
- Kỹ năng sử dụng Power Point là 1 lợi thế
