Job summary:


A multi-national company from Europe is currently looking for a National Field Force Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.


This National Field Force Manager will be responsible for driving performance of field force team nation-wide to achieve the company's objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Coach Area Field Force Manager to reach and exceed their objectives
  • Ensure team is well trained to communicate product benefits to assigned doctors
  • Responsible for forecasting and accordingly target setting for each territory
  • Present product presentations to key stakeholders

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years in sales management with foreign pharma company
  • Experience with Ethical products and Over-TheCounter products
  • Good IT knowledge as a system user
  • Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
  • An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
  • High capability for working independently
  • Excellent presentation and coaching skill
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
